Moby’s embraces a rustic, market driven menu sourcing from the best farms of the North and South Fork, and Montauk Day Boats. Each day, Chef Gary King crafts a selection of crudo, salads, pastas, shellfish, whole fish. Signature Neopolitan-style pizzas are cooked in the kitchen’s wood-burning ovens with fresh, house-made mozzarella.
Summer cocktail classics are done in style and will be served on tap this summer: the house Margarita is finished with local, smoked sea salt, and a refreshing Dark & Stormy with house-made ginger beer. Moby's Cuvée Rosé by Gotham Project will also be served on tap.
